ご予約される際には必ず以下の旅行条件·規約をお読みください。

  1. 旅行代金:  
旅行代金:旅行代金は、2015年4月現在の価格を基準としており、予告なく変更されることがあります。
  2. 予約:  
ご予約が必要です。お早めにご予約ください。
  3. チップ:  
ヨーロッパでは、運転手やガイドに対して、感謝の気持ちをチップで表わすのが習慣になっています。 ただし、お客様がツアーにご満足いただいた場合のみです。
  4. 喫煙について:  
バス内は原則として禁煙ですが、各所にて休憩を設けています。
  5. 子供:  
16歳以下のお子様は、保護者同伴の参加となります。
  6. 取り消し料:  
半日および1日ツアー 払い戻しは、出発の24時間前まで受け付けます。すべての列車ツアーは、お客様のご都合で予約をキャンセルされた場合のご返金は一切行っておらず、100%のキャンセル料を申し受けておりますのでご了承ください。
  7. 切符の紛失:  チケットを発行した
ツアー運営会社までお問い合わせください。
  8. 荷物の紛失:  
提携会社ではお客様のお忘れになられたお荷物を、ご当人にお返しできるように最大限の努力をいたしまが、バス内に残されたお忘れ物に関しての責任は負いかねます。また、発見されたお荷物は 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1BS にてお引き渡しいたします。
  9. 変更:  
半日および1日ツアー 出発の1時間前までに空席がある場合は変更を受け付けます。
    8日~1ヵ月以内まで 変更料金
    出発日~7日前まで 取消料金
  10. 個人保険:  
個人保険は代金に含まれていません。
  11. 荷物:  
長期ツアーでは、スーツケース1個まで。重量 20キログラム以下、サイズ約75cm x約45cm x 約25cm以下。小さな手荷物程度はこれに含まれません。
  12. 座席の交替:  
バスは自由席となっております。
  13. パスポートおよびビザ:  
各訪問国に対して有効なパスポートをご持参ください。また旅行代理店にて、ご旅行に必要なビザをご確認ください。
  14. 事故および紛失:  
当社は、損失、損害、遅延、直接的もしくは間接的紛失に関して、何らの責任を負いません。ただし、ツアー運営会社の故意または過失によりお客様に損害を与えた場合(死亡または個人の傷害を除く)は、旅行代金の全額を払い戻し限度とします。ツアー運営は、航空機、船舶、車両、宿泊施設およびレストランの運営とは一切関係ありませんので、その経営者およびオペレーターによって引き起こされた損失、損害には何らの責任を負いません。当ツアーと提携している航空会社等は、お客様がその航空機やその他の輸送機関をご利用中でない限り、いかなる運行にも、遅延にも、事故にも責任を負いかねます。またお渡しする航空機チケットについては、航空会社が、お客様もしくはチケット購入者と直接の契約を結ぶものとします。
  15. ツアー代金に含まれるもの:  
各ツアーの項に明示されている通りです。
  16. ツアー代金に含まれないもの:  
ご自宅からロンドンまでの交通費、空港および港での税金、ガイドおよびツアー・マネージャーへのチップ、昼食代、夕食代、飲み物代、クリーニング代など。またオプショナル・ツアー料金、個人的な品物なども含まれていません。
  17. その他の条件:
    • 各ツアーの申し込み者が催行人数に満たない場合には、ツアー自体を取りやめる場合もございます。
    • ツアーの目的地が事情により閉鎖されていたり、行き来の交通状況により、パンフレットに記載されている通りのツアーが行われない場合もございます。その際には当社の判断で、できる限り代わりの目的地の選考等に最善を尽くします。あらかじめツアー運営当社の判断により目的地のキャンセル、変更等が行われることをご了承ください。
    • ツアー運営会社の判断で、お客様の行動やふるまいが不快である、または他のお客様への迷惑であると考えた場合、そのお客様には旅行を中断していただく場合がございます。その際、当社はそれ以上の責任は負いません。
    • ツアー運営会社の従業員およびエージェントは、当社の条件を変更することはできません。また、そういった口頭での変更は、取締役のサインがない限り、いかなる場合も無効です。
    • ツアー運営会社の予約に関する全事柄はイングランド法が準拠法として適用されております。また、このご旅行規約の翻訳は参考のためのものであり、正文は英文原文となりますのでご了承ください。日本語解釈に関する一切の責任は、日本語制作者側には一切ありません。
    • 英国内で予約された24時間以上のツアーは、パッケージ・トラベル・レギュレーションに基づきます。 お申し込み金は、スコットランド・ロイヤル銀行のツアー運営会社利用の信託口座(P.O. Box 9, 122 Cathcart Street, Greenock, Renfrewshire PA15 1BA)にて、ツアー終了まで管理されます。スコットランド・ロイヤル銀行は、口座の運用に関し、ツアー支払者に対して、何ら責任を負いません。

オンラインでお申し込みをされたお客様は 上記旅行条件・規約に同意されたと見なします。

Windsor Castle

Windsor Castle will be closed on the following dates in 2014:

  • 6 April 2014
  • 18 April 2014
  • 20 April 2014
  • 16 June 2014
  • 25-26 December 2014

Tours due to visit Windsor Castle on these days will instead visit Hampton Court Palace and Gardens, home to the Kings and Queens of Britain since the time of Henry VIII.

In addition to these closures, the State Apartments are closed:

  • 5-10 April 2014
  • 15 and 17 June 2014
  • 15 April 2014

Visitors can still enjoy the extensive Castle Precincts, St George's Chapel (except on Sundays and certain other dates - please see below), Queen Mary's Dolls' House and the exhibition in the Drawings Gallery.

St. George's Chapel is open daily but closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day.

As a working royal palace, the Castle is used frequently by The Queen for State ceremonies and official entertaining and opening arrangements may change with no notice.

St Paul's Cathedral

St. Paul's Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and for special events. We will stop for photographs outside the Cathedral and spend longer in the Tower of London.

Evan Evans Tours offer a courtesy morning pick up service from central London hotels (listed below). Please call Evan Evans Tours on 0207 950 1777 at least 48 hours prior to your tour departing to arrange a hotel pick up. On the day of the tour please wait by the concierge desk at least 10 minutes prior to the time shown below and our guide will meet you there.

The hotel pick up service will transfer you to Victoria Coach Station where you will join your tour.

At the end of the your tour, we will attempt to drop you off as close to your hotel as possible depending on the route back into London, or at a convenient place to find public transport or taxis. Please speak to your guide on the tour as they will assist with getting you to your final destination.

Please note that tours not departing from Victoria Coach Station do not include a pick up or drop off service. Please see the tour description page for more information.

Special Events & Road Closures

There are a number of events taking place during the summer that result in road closures and impact our morning pick-up service. On the dates listed below, we will be unable to operate a full pick-up service - if you are travelling on one of these days, please click the links for further information.

A Look Back in Time

Evan Evans Tours 1937An Evan Evans Tours brochure from 1937 provides a fascinating look back at life in the 1930s.

Some of the tours featured in the brochure are still offered today, including a tour around London with "Guide-Lecturer" visiting the Changing of the Guard, Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral, and "whole day excursions" to Windsor Castle and Hampton Court, and another to Shakespeare Country. You could also fly to Paris with Imperial Airways for just £4 10s 0d.
